Role: Service Delivery Manager
With Envoy Since: February 2016

For a decade, Ricardo has been the steady hand coordinating the people and processes that keep our clients moving forward. To the non-technical world, he describes his role as the "main point of contact," ensuring that every issue is handled correctly so that customers end their day happy.

But to us, he is the architect of stability.

Turning Challenges into Confidence Ricardo’s favorite part of the job is arguably the most critical: stepping in to resolve complex issues. He finds deep satisfaction in "being able to make things better for everyone involved".

His goal for every interaction is simple but profound: to ensure clients walk away with a sense of "confidence and trust".

Built to Last Ricardo doesn't just fix problems for today; he builds systems for the future. When asked about a project he is proud of, he points back to 2016. He led the development of a New Hire and Termination process for a massive multinational client with 10,000 employees.

The kicker? That process is still being used to this day.

That is the definition of the Envoy philosophy: precise work that stands the test of time.

Leadership Through Service What drives a man to dedicate a decade to serving clients? For Ricardo, it goes deeper than technology.

"I love technology and helping people," he says, but his motivation is rooted in his personal values. "I believe leadership is expressed through service to others, and that serving others is an expression of my faith in Christ".

Off the Clock When he isn't coordinating complex IT projects or running daily standups, you can find Ricardo spending time with his favorite people—his family. And if he needs to decompress? He’s likely gaming.
